Terms of Service Welcome to Lucky Black Media & Design. By accessing our website (myluckyblackmedia.com) or engaging our design, branding, and media services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Services & Deliverables Lucky Black Media & Design provides strategic visual branding, social media design, photography, and high-end print design. All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a specific proposal or invoice prior to the commencement of work.

Payment Terms & Retainers For project-based work, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and initiate the design process. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the release of final high-resolution files. For monthly retainer clients, payments are due on the agreed-upon billing cycle. Late payments may result in a pause in services until the account is brought current.

Revisions & Scope We are committed to delivering premium results. Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your initial proposal. Additional revisions or requests outside the original project scope will be billed at our standard hourly or project rate.

Intellectual Property Upon final and full payment, the client is granted the rights to use the final design deliverables for their intended business purposes. Lucky Black Media & Design retains the right to use all completed work, as well as preliminary concepts, in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials to showcase our expertise. Draft files, native working files (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop files), and unused concepts remain the exclusive property of Lucky Black Media & Design unless a specific buyout agreement is arranged.

Cancellations If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, the initial deposit is forfeited to cover the time and resources already invested.
